Horrible experience. The repair person never called me as promised about his time of arrival. I called twice to find out yet he never returned my call. Finally late in the day I was sent an email that the work was done. Apparently he found my car out front and fixed the windshield but never called me. I NEVER TALKED TO HIM OR SAW HIM! VERY POOR!

He was super quick and thurogh replacing my window. I will definitely refer your company to others. Thank you

There were a lot of bumps through the whole process. When I first set this up I thought I was working with a local company. Later I realized that I was dealing with a number of people remotely. After I had the appointment set up, I had someone else contact me to set up an appointment. (Duplicate calls.) The day of the appointment, I had the technician call ahead to me to insure that I would be there. I was surprised by the call but I guess thats a thing now days that people sometimes don't show up. When I arrived, the desk people seemed confused about my appointment but then they figured out that this was a glass replacement appointment. Apparently that is a whole separate business? When the technician met me and we were reviewing the work to be done. It became apparent that the correct wind shield had not been ordered. I'm really glad we caught that as this car is only three months old. I was told the correct one would be ordered and I would be called when it came in. I was called about a week later and set up a new appointment. I was told it would be a two hour turn around. No-one called me the second time to confirm I was showing up, so I thought I better check in. I called and was told the technician had not arrived but I was on the schedule. When I showed up the technician was not there. I did end up leaving my car and it was completed by the end of the day. However, when I picked it up and went to pay my deductible, the women at the desk had to call the glass company and have me read my credit card number over the phone to the third party. Four or five other people waiting and working there could have easily heard the transaction. Bottom line is the whole operation seems a bit disorganized or even questionable.
