I would have given a higher grade but your survey was only yes or no to complete satisfaction. My technician did a fantastic job repairing a small stone strike. The only issue was that your system didn't text me when he was on his way to my job. It emailed me instead. But that is beyond the technician's control.

Not sure why installer did not brush off the little flecks of glass that remained on the side panel of he care... quite satisfied with the rest....but just the brush off of little glass gels or a soft vacuum of the side panel of cat would have been good
