Two things I was unhappy with. First, I didn't get a call with an approximate time of when the tech was to arrive. I only got a call when he was on his way which wasn't until after noon. Second, I was expecting the old glass to be taken with the tech and not left in the bed of my truck.

We had an appointment scheduled for 8/1, and missed the technician's call. We tried to call back 4-5 times but never got an answer. We called the shop back who confirmed that we were still on the schedule for 8/1. Tried calling the technician again, no answer, and nobody came. I tried calling again this morning 8/2 and rescheduled the appointment for today. We did have a technician come, and he fixed the window, but my car still has glass inside of it and there was glass all over the floor. I had been told that they would vacuum the car out and now I am going to have to find another way to clean up the rest of the glass.
