Windshield installer did sufficient work and was friendly. However, when I scheduled my appointment, the Abra employee specifically told me the glass was OEM and manufactured by PPG/PGW in the USA. I looked at the windshield "bug" (label) after installation, and it reads "TriVal DOT563". I asked the installer and he said TriVal is a subsidiary of Pilkington, who manufactures OEM glass. So I searched DOT563 and sure enough, made by Shenzhen Automotive Glass Manufacturing in China. I'm obviously disappointed that I was falsely told (TWICE) I was buying OEM glass, and then paid for OEM glass but received non-OEM Chinese glass. Poor form, Abra.

Arrived right when he said he would, and was very professional. My car had to be moved for the repair to be made, and he was kind enough to return it to the parking space when complete. My car window had been shattered and there were still a few pieces I hadn’t had time to vacuum up yet. I was pleasantly surprised to find all of the glas cleaned up after the window was replaced! It took almost 1 month to get the windshield in and replaced. For a newer vehicle, I find this surprisingly long.

The windshield wipers do not work anymore. I’m moving across the country today and have been on and off the phone with countless people who keep transferring me, to someone who can’t help me. I’ve spoken to over 15 people with no resolution. I was told that a manager would call me, told that the manager is in a meeting then told that no the manager is on vacation. I don’t know what is happening at this point still, it is now 3 days after I filled the issue and I want a full refund... I’m literally postponing my move/drive to Virginia right now. I have money invested in a rental truck, charged daily. This is possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
