I can't remember the name of the lady who set my appointment (I'm sorry!) But she was wonderful and I would be happy to work with her again anytime! She was so patient with me not being ready for her call as it was literally about a minute after my husband told me to expect a call, talk about prompt! She even looked up the address for my work place because that's where the work would be happening. She was great, keep her around as long as you can! I told her I would give her a 10 out of 10, and I stand by that!
Jesse the technician who came to do the work was also great! He called when he was a few minutes away and then again when he arrived so I could unlock the doors. I went out to meet with him and he was very nice and professional letting me know what he was doing and about how long it would take and what I wanted done with paperwork when he was done. Everything was done just as he said it would be. Again, no complaints! Keep him around as long as you can as well.
You have some good people working for you, that's hard to find! I give an all around 10 for everything and if I ever need glass again I will contact Abra for sure. Thank you!
Service technician was very knowledgeable, courteous and very good at his craft. It appears the chip/crack repair should keep the windshield from further damage from the crack extending. Good job!

I was a bit confused on timing though. When I called and made the appointment, I was told someone would be out between 11 & 11:30 to replace my windshield. When I called at 1:00 to check on my appointment, I was told a time is never given other than the 8-4 timeframe. Luckily I was able to change the address for the appointment, or I would have had to cancel.
All the representatives I spoke with were very kind and helpful and the repairman was very courteous.
The repair man came to my work and made it very easy to complete.
