Great communication with the glass repair person! He worked so hard to fit the repair into my schedule. I am amazed at how the really big rock chip is barely visible! He did an excellent job and was so patient answering all my questions. I highly recommend if you ever find yourself in need of windshield repair!!! Thank you for the fast response and excellent service!!!

Very good customer service. From my initial call to schedule a time for my windshield to get fixed the lady was very nice and helpful. I called to change my location which was just across the street and was told it was no problem. Brett called on his way and then called when he was done. Everything was explained to me that was being done and I couldn't be more happy with the service I received.

My only criticism is the window of time a customer is required to set aside waiting for the install. Believe it or not my time is also worth money!
