The first time I scheduled my appointment I was told my appointment was for 8 AM. They did not let me know that the appointment was for the full day. I had to reschedule the appointment because I needed my car. When I rescheduled they emphasized that the appointment was a 2 hour window and I can expect my car to be done in that time. That did not turn out to be the case. The car was (and still is) there all day. When the car was finished I was not called. They called me when it closed wondering why it had not been picked up and it was because I didn’t know it was done. I assumed they were still working on it and now I won’t be able to get my car until the next day. I plan to use a different provider the next time I need car assistance.

The front windshield was replaced in a timely manner and the window sticker were replaced onto the new glass. The receptionist was very friendly. The coffee/hot chocolate choices were great and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The price was considerably lower than places I had received quotes from in the past. The location was very convenient and in walking distance of the local shopping areas. The text messages both for scheduling as well as for completion of the job for pick up, was very efficient. Without hesitation, I would recommend this ABRA Auto Glass location and it’s staff.
