I called for a quote got it then told them no thsnks,I was then asked why I explained that Safelite was cheaper.The operator asked what was I having done,I then explained windshield replaced with new wippers,I was then told Abra does computers prices,I then asked are wippers included.The respond was yes,so I went with Abra but when the Tec came to do the job I noticed he was putting the old ones back on,then I asked him n he replied Abra doesn't do wippers,so I called the operator wasn't concerned with what was told to me and tells me that Safelite doesn't offer wipper changes and told me Abra will check into it and call me back,I'm still waiting on that phone call.I should have stuck with safelite and I still paid more then Safelite was offering.I felt Abra was doing whatvtgey had to do To make a sale threw any means,even if it's to be dishonest to a customer
