The serviceman had not called ahead of his arrival. He called when he had arrived. Also. He sent a text to my phone when finished but did not call my husband to let him know he could move the car back to the garage.

Our technician was fast...he showed up and was done without anymore contact with us until completion. He had all the supplemental attachments attached such as Auto start back in the right location and the car was left clean

The repair technician did a good job. I was not happy when I received an email notice the night before the scheduled repair which gave a completely different time frame. When I called ABRA the agent said that this was just a typo and that the technician would see the time that was originally scheduled. The agent said "It happens. Someone just typed in the wrong time in the email". Pretty sloppy.
