The guy who replaced the glass was really patient and super friendly. Glass was replaced quickly and perfectly.

The repair technician did a good job. I was not happy when I received an email notice the night before the scheduled repair which gave a completely different time frame. When I called ABRA the agent said that this was just a typo and that the technician would see the time that was originally scheduled. The agent said "It happens. Someone just typed in the wrong time in the email". Pretty sloppy.
I completely give him an A for his service. The customer service was there he explained everything to me.. I hope everyone is nice like He was. You guys have someone great/special in your team don't take that lightly...thank you so much...
