The sub you used to install my glass was 1-1/2 late past the agreed upon time with no notification of being late. I moved my schedule so we could be on time otherwise the glass is good.

They did not install the glass properly and now I have to go back again next week and waist another 2 hours of my life hoping he gets it right this time! This experience has been a disaster from the very beginning. I will not be using Abra again in the future.

Satisfied with repair. Not totally satisfied in the scheduling. Thought I made an appointment with Coon Rapids location, got a confirmation email from Fridley location and reminder email from Fridley location. So I dropped car of in Fridley. Coon Rapids calls asking where car is. Technician had to go from Coon Rapids to Fridley. And was out of my way.
