We had same service tech for both jobs and he was awesome quick good offered to do job b4 due date and was very acomidating! I would refer him to anyone I knew using Abra Steve I think was his name? Also my second service was at your cook Rapids store and every single Abra person that walked by mesaid hello and smiled I even got one of your techs cookie.. Lol so very pleased all around thank Brenda lindquist 2005 Cadillac sts
