The tech that came out did a great job. The gal in the office was very informative and helpful. Just an FYI , I never received any texts regarding status updates like I was told I would. It didn't matter at all though, things were done when they said and the tech cleaned up nice. Also, you have a great employee in Todd Jensen, give him a raise!! Thanks again!

We dropped the vehicle off at the dealership as instructed. I received a call during my lunch break asking when we were going to drop off our vehicle. I said that we had dropped it off as instructed earlier that morning at the dealership. I then proceed to get 2 more phone calls telling me that they cannot find our vehicle, each seeming to get more annoyed with me for inconveniencing them for the problem. I finally got a call telling me they had found my vehicle but there was an additional crack in the molding that we didn't know about. The technician was a little rude in his tone. We also were not given instruction on the blue tape that was left on the windshield. Our windshield is fixed but I'm hesitant to use Abra if I need glass repair in the future.
