I asked my oil change sticker to be removed it was Placed sideways near bottom of driver side window Not on windshield. Foot print interior molding & both drivers & passengers Floor mats. U should use paper floor mats so custom Doesn’t need to clean up. Also there’s smudging like Wiped glass on right side when sun shown while driving looked Like some tiny scratches in a vertical line on glass. I’ll clean glass later & see if it’s the glass or Just road dirt. Was happy with staff & waited 1.5 hours I Instead of 2.

My windshield replacement took four appointments to complete because the employees never kept record of the parts they needed to order for the job. Once they forgot to order moldings; and another time at the shop, my windshield was returned to the warehouse after rescheduling the appointment for the moldings. I was not satisfied with the service until the fourth time. I called the dispatcher to ensure all the parts would be there for the final appointment, which went very smoothly. If only that had happened on the first or second try!
