Appreciated all the contact to keep informed. But would have liked some sort of paperwork explaining warranty. When I picked up the car, the only thing I received was a basic credit card receipt.

I told the person that set-up the appointment that I wanted an original equipment Mopar windshield and wouldn't settle for anything else. And when I showed up for the installation they had an aftermarket windshield that I would not except. So I had to sit and wait another hour while the installer went and got the correct windshield.

Yes it was done faster than they said itd be done, although they didn't have the exact windshield as my old one, I didn't care, my new windshield is so pretty I love it!!!!

I appreciated how quickly you were able to schedule my repair. The person who came to fix my glass was very friendly and professional. He explained what he was going to do as well as the chances that I may still see the crack and that it could still split the window but that ABRA would replace it if that happened.

When I called in...the receptionist took over from there, connected me to my American family Insurance arranged the coverage and all the paperwork by three way conversation and I had an appointment the very next day.
