When the window broke, I vacuumed out all of the loose glass. After the window was reinstalled, there is broken glass behind the seat that someone did not vacuum when installing the window.
You would think you could remove the duct tape residue from the window sill. That's pretty week not to finish the job. The window is great, but that's just poor customer service.
Very dissatisfied with overall service. A piece of my headliner is missing and was not put back how it was when it came in. Dash was left dirty and both pillars have black residue on them. Notified the shop before I left and said he would notify the glass division about the problem.

Called to see if I could bring my car in earlier which ended up working better for my schedule. My windshield was replaced within the time promised . Excellent workmanship.
I was satisfied with the repair, however the Glass call center and Forest Lake store should discuss what estimate the customer receives when making the appointment. When I arrived to the FL store, the store kept saying the job would take 2 to 2.5 hours for the glass replacement on my vehicle. I told them the Call center said 2 hours - 1 hour for work, 1 hour for drying. The FL store said 2.5 hours. I realize things can take longer, but call center should add the extra 30 minutes, so customer is not surprised when arriving at the appointment. And, for the record, I arrived 55 minutes earlier than my scheduled time to ensure it was completed on time, but if I had not arrived early, I might not have left on-time. FL store said call center/appointment center gives too low of an estimate. Please fix this miscommunication for the next customer. It was rather frustrating.
The repair took longer than expected - I think the person just got distracted on another repair.
