Since I had to wait it would be fabulous if Abra had WiFi. Also, the customer service was outstanding - the tech took me back to my car to explain what was happening (amazing!!) and they washed my car knowing I couldn’t for a couple of days (very appreciated!!) Thank you!

Am just waiting for 30 min until the Guy came back from lunch ,but if they out for lunch they should call or txt the exact time to picked up the car am just drop at 10 :00 Am and I picked up at 1:00 pm so it takes 3hr just to improve to txt or call the exact time on tthbe other Hand I am very satisfied by the service thank u.

All in all, looks like a job well done. I just see a few scuff marks or dirt marks on interior paneling that I don’t remember being there, before. So maybe just be cautious and aware of that. :)

Window replacement was done by an expert in less than 2 hours. Outer appearance with rain seal looks very good. I was given very good advice by installer regarding precautions necessary for the 1st 24 hours.
