I had to talk to four different people to get my repair scheduled, which was frustrating. I kept getting transferred, because I needed both body and glass work. However, I was very impressed with the technician who came out and did the work. He was friendly, helpful, efficient, timely, and got the job done well in less time than what he said he would. Outstanding!
