There was a miscommunication between State Farm and Abra. State Farm scheduled my appointment and I dropped off my car before business hours but then received a call saying they didn’t have me on the schedule. But my glass repair was still completed that day.

When making appointment on the phone, i don’t remember it being made clear as to the name of the shop. I was running about 3-4 minuets late and had I not received a phone call on my drive there I would have shown up at the wrong location as there was another Abra a couple of blocks away on American Blvd. I really appreciated the phone call!

The glass work came out fine but there was a lot of broken glass shards left on the floor especially on the left side as well as a awful lot of Muddy footprints on the door sill other than that at the moment the physical work is fine thank you

Well first of all they missed my appointment. They said they got my number wrong? But I still had to wait FOREVER to get this thing done. Now that I could forgive, but what really made things terrible was the fact that the female blond receptionist was SO RUDE. This woman talked to me like I was nothing, I DONT TALK TO MY SOG LIKE THAT, much les a human being. Like, geez lady all I did was ask for WiFi password (which she did not provide) I Seriously was shocked and if they hadn’t already started the work on my car, I would’ve just left. I can deal with incompetence, things happen, I wasn’t happy but fine. But I do not care what happens to me or my car in the future I NOT be returning.

I was told he would leave paperwork in my car for me to sign and drop off at a location (I was at work and unable to come sign the necessary paperwork, they were very accommodating with my schedule!!) however no paperwork was found. Not sure if this was an accident or not.
