The staff on the phone were very helpful and kind with my claim and scheduling for my repair. Brian, who came to do the repair was very nice, professional, and kind. Had a very upbeat personality that was so refreshing! Hard to find these days. He was awesome in explaining everything to me. Very pleased and easy to deal with. So nice to not have to leave home to have the work done! Thank you for a very pleasant experience!!

The window cowl for the front windshield completely shattered, he gouge the fiberglass on my window molding and damage the paint.

I work for abra as a body technician when I called the call center to get glass appointment set up it was like a completely different company. They need to work on getting on the same page .
fast job,one thing that would be better is if bodywork and glass are to be done by abra it would be nice for those 2 depts work together as far as doing all the repairs at the same time and each place not calling the client separately,just take care of it,
