Set aside 1/2 day for this and the guy shows up without all the parts because someone “forgot to order” a crucial part. So I have to reschedule and waste another 1/2 day. Had to wait a week between appointments even though the dealer had the part in stock. Terrible service.
Lack of communication between location and myself. I did not receive a confirmation call regarding my appointment, and I had to call to see if my car was done. Lack of communication and professionalism. I’m satisfied with my class repair, but not with customer service.

Setting up the appointment was a breeze! Super easy and helpful. The technician arrived early and worked fast! He even cleaned out all the broken glass from the back. He was very kind and informative! Wonderful service all around!
good people, approach, attitude, work. all good. only one suggestion-over the phone when i was setting this all up the operator asked if my car had a rain sensor. i said No. on our car a rain sensor is an option not standard equipment but apparently the windshield always has the sensor. I did not know that so when they came the first time to replace the windshield they had the wrong type. I don't know if there anyway to avoid this or help the consumer to answer the rain sensor question more accurately but it did cause a delay in getting this done. and totally understandable. but avoidable? maybe not, but...

Process of submitting the claim could and should be expedited. I brought my truck in for a collision repair and had glass repair done at the same time. I chose abra as they do both. I understand that they are individual claims, but they should already have my info from the first claim. Then after repeating it for Farmer's, I repeated it again for the Abra glass person. Very frustrating. Total call was 45 minutes.
Sloppy job, no clean up. Glass everywhere. Some kind of oil on bumper inside back hatch. Tech told me an hour and I waited over 2.the caulking on the glass is wavy and visible. I don't think I will use Abra again. Thank you, Chris C
