State Park stickers were not moved to the new windshield.
Yellow wide tape was left on the car & windshield with no directions regarding when/how to remove.
Nick was great! He explained the process, did a good job and got it done in the time he said, and even moved our state park pass to the new windshield without being asked. ????

I wasn't happy that it took 4 days before anyone could put a new windshield in my car,but I am very happy that it is done.
I love communication with texting. I appreciated the phone call updating the time frame in which the guy would come out to replace my window. Technician was professional and responsive to my questions.

One comment. Appt was for between 11 and 5. Person showed up before 10 and didn't get 30 minute call before saying they were on their way. Was somewhat of an inconvenience but worked out in the end
All is I can say is wow, I would recommend the people at abra auto body in Rogers to my grandma!!!

You receive conflicting information from office and customer service.
They have no understanding about what is customer service.
I sense no training regarding how to treat customers.
I think the person who did the installation was good.
The tech was earlier than he said he would be and friendly too.
There was still glass under my car. On my seat. When I made a comment that there was glass inside my door, abra rep said it should come out on its own. That there was just a few left 2-3 pieces left inside. Service, it was disappointing. The people there are kind.
