The guy was super friendly and did a great job! He paid attention to detail. I told the gal initially that the service guy would not be able to use GOs tonfind oir newly built home, but she didn’t relay the message. He kindly called and found the home within a few minutes. Kudos to a good service man!

Not at all like 2 previous bullet (resin repairs). Only one of the 4 spikes disappeared and I only view from the outside until when I got inside. it will need replacement whenever I sell it and I thought the resin repair had got better - definitely worse and not like 15-20 years ago when a bad chip did not show at all after repair.

I will be contacting you. One side of the glass does not fit flush with vehicle. It sticks out about 1/2 inch. Technician said it was adjusted correctly. I may want you to try another one to see if it can be better. It's only a 1 year old SUV that cost $50K and should not have such an issue. Thanks.
