The glass was installed well and the glass is great, however I was told the guy would arrive between 8-1 and I had to call after 1 wondering when he would show up. Also when the tech arrived he told me the glass was not ordered until this morning and I was told the item was in stock to not have to wait this long. I was very disappointed in the way the office handled the timing of my appointment. Other than that the glass was installed nicely.

My experience with ABRA was positive from prompt scheduling of repair to quick replacement of our windshield in a half hour by a cordial technician (a Jesse).
Window glass repaired as scheduled, came first thing in morning so I didn't have to wait all morning to have it finished. Cleaned up most of the shattered glass in the vehicle, though I found some nore lurking around and under the seats, but the glass flew everywhere and would be nearly impossible to get it all.
Everyone was kind and helpful, and I would recommend ABRA to my friends.
Please have the installer call ahead so that the Customer knows when they can expect to see the installer arrive. ABRA shouldn't assume that people are available when they just show up.
The technician was timely and pleasant. He did a good job on the install. However now there are squeaks and rattles.
