We originally tried Safelite because that’s who USAA prefers. The experience.... sucked. They claimed they needed a mechanic to assist for a windshield repair, and told us to call one. We called Abra for the exact same auto glass repair and lo and behold, Abra was able to get it done in one visit. They communicated everything to me in real time on my phone (I was at work as it was being repaired) and had excellent customer service.

I have had windshields replaces by other companies in the past and they at least cleaned the broken glass out and off my car. Was pretty disappointed
