The glass tech repair man was excellent. I wasn't really happy with the person on the telephone. She spoke to fast, for me to understand. I stated that to her, but to no avail. She didn't explain to me why we were calling a third party, that was not my insurance agent. Would you give out personal info, to a stranger? I was getting angry, and almost hung up twice. She wanted to talk about my feelings at the end of our call, but I didnt want to. Who wants to be on the phone for 30 minutes? Would you???? I felt like I was wasting my time, over a simple matter.

Jose R. was very professional and informative. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable Of his job duty. I was very impressed and would request him again if I or my friends and relatives ever need a window shield replaced. Hey does he work on cars with other problems Other than window replacements? Lol he was awesome!

I think you're asking way to early. The truck hasn't even been washed yet to see if there are any leaks. It looks good but time will tell. We'll know after a few trip thru the car wash.

Poor communication between the dealer , ABRA and Liberty Mutual. Also the glass work was completed in the mid afternoon today. That did not allow enough time to calibrate and test everything. My car will be available sometime tomorrow. A lot of confusion at the dealer because apparently ABRA ordered the glass and the dealer usually does that. I am still not sure the Acura glass was used In general I would rate the experience so far as poor. Perhaps I will feel differently tomorrow when I get my car back
