I was fairly satisfied. I was asked to schedule my appointment early, at nine and I did. But I understand that the technician didn’t show until 11:00 so I ended up sitting around until 3:00. Could have been out of there by noon if you had been on time. Also, started the process on June 1 and didn’t get window until 7/5. But communication was good. I appreciated the texts.
I truly appreciated that Jim stayed until 5:15 to get my window replaced after a 12 hour day on a holiday eve.
My installer was frindly and a very good worker
I called 3 different places for quotes & pricing was very similar but Abra had best customer service
I specifically ordered glass without the rear view mirror mount attached and waited a month for the special order. When I arrived home to the vehicle, the windshield had the metal mount on it.
The technician was rude. He asked me to move the car tp the other side of the building, I asked him what was wrong with where it was, he said he needed room to work, I asked again, what's wrong with here, he said don't worry it's fine.
He then asked me to open the driver's door all the way. Which I could not, then be smugly said, that's why I need you to move the car.
He could have simply said at the start. Would you mind moving the vehicle so that I can open your door to be able to work.
I love that when I got the initial phone call and told them I found somebody to do it for a hundred dollars cheaper that they offered the price match. I was not expecting that but it was such a pleaSant surprise. Guillermo did a nice job. Thank you!!! Would definitely reccomend.

Repair originally scheduled for 23 June (Saturday) between 9 and 12. Called at 11:15 to get an update, was told I’d been rescheduled to 25 June (Monday). I received to phone call, or email.
The repair eventually did take place on the 25th, but the driver had to cone to my work, original repair had been set up for home. Repair went smoothly.
The service technician was very courteous and did a great job wouldn't have even know he was there unless you told me.
