Our service rep, Alberto, could not have been better for my vehicle. If he gets graded on this, please pass that onto him. However, from an administrative side, I am disappointed. I paid extra with you to go through your company, being told that my car would be completed when quoted. However, when Alberto arrived, the wrong window was loaded and couldn’t complete his job the day I was told. Here I am paying for for convenience and that didn’t happen. In the future, please have someone ensure that the correct window is ordered and loaded on the truck.

I loved how easy it was to schedule the glass work and how flexible your people were about my changing the location for the work to be done at. Of course also huge that you came to me.
The technician was great and did a great job. However, your call center told me they set an appointment up for last Friday and they did not. I waited all day for a tech to arrive just to call again and get told that there was a mistake and the appointment was not made. This was unacceptable.

Original windshield had a defect. Rep tried to up sell me to a “better’ windshield. Defect caused a further delay. I’m not 100!certain but I think the replacement has a defect as well

The windshield is about 1/4 inch too low in the frame. There is a gap which will collect water when it rains.
My husband said he can fill it with something to fill the gap.
