My technician was Angel. He called to advise me of a slight delay and had me bring in my car a little later than scheduled so I wouldn’t have to wait when I got there. He was waiting for me when I arrived and took my car immediately. The personnel were very friendly. The waiting area was comfortable. The windshield was replaced in a very timely manner and I was on my way. Angel is marvelous.

The installation wasn’t complete. There were 2 plastic pieces left sitting on my center console. I’m assuming one of them is supposed to go somewhere on the seat belt assembly. I haven’t figured out where there other one goes yet. Also, there was a lot of broken glass left on the floor. I think most shops would maybe vacuum that out.
Although the service did a wonderful job on my windshield, customer service was extremely hard to communicate with and the call was dropped 4 times. No one called me back and I had to start from scratch every time I called.
John was the bomb. He had the job done quicker than you can shake a stick. Good job
Jose did a great job. From start to finish he was friendly, professional and efficient. Even when their was a problem with a bracket he quickly found the solution and worked with my schedule to come another day. Give him a raise! ????
Tech was great! Everything would have been excellent, but...Front desk woman was rude, unfriendly and had a horrible attitude. No customer service skills at all. She was in a bad mood and very snarky. I would never return to that shop for any work due to her poor and rude behavior. Sorry.
I filled out a compliment form on the ABRA site, so I’ll just echo my sentiments here: Jose R was my technician, and he was quick, kind, charming and focused the entire time her helped me with my window. Glad he came and grateful for the wonderful service. Thanks, Jose!

Job was not completed. This was not the fault of the installer. Trim clips should absolutely be included with an installation!
