I was quoted a price & then prior to coming out the price changed with no explanation.when I asked the installer he said it was due to taxes. $75 in taxes I don't think so.

The first glass install was damaged. It took two other techs to finish. Dragged out. Would have been nice if completed in one visit.
I have to say, the replacement is better quality than the original windshield.

Although I would not say, that so far, I am unsatisfied, I would like to comment that glass shards were left in my driveway. I have a picture of the pieces I found originally. I needed to vacuum my driveway since I have two small children. I also hope that no glass ended up in our tires. :(

Upon picking up the vehicle we are not happy with the replacement windshield. We were expecting an OEM product and we were surprised to find an OEE product instead. This was not communicated to us at the time of scheduling the appointment. Also, the windshield seemed to be used/recycled as evidenced by scratches/chip marks on the upper part of the windshield. Additionally, the opening for an optical device on top of the windshield was unprofessionally prepared and its appearance diminishes the resell value of our vehicle.
