My only complaint is that I was the last appointment of the day, yet I was told I had to drop off my car at 8 am, which was difficult because I lived 40 minutes away and the weather was terrible. It would have been much better if I had been given a 12 pm drop off time.

My windshield isn’t completely clear glass. At the base of the window, it’s like looking through prescription glasses. And it didn’t perform well in light rain, had puddle of water and also an appearance of a film.

The tech was good. I did have to tighten my light bar as the bolts nuts were off on the floor. I am not upset about that but glad I checked. Everything else went very well!

Everyone was so nice there. The man Jason who worked on my car was very friendly, and quick when working on my car. I was told I would be there for 2 hours on the phone, and Jason had me on my way in an hour. Thank you to Jason and to everyone else who works there for everything!

After picking up my vehicle, I noticed there is some excess black adhesive inside the windshield, on the headliner as well as a couple stain marks on the interior headliner.
