I had some weird mix up in my schedules and Josh was so very kind and understanding. It was so refreshing to work with someone who was so customer service orientated. He is a great representative and did a fine job on my windshield on top of all that!
My windshield was replaced while my car was at an ABRA shop, so I had no interaction with your team; but I was totally happy with the outcome of the replacement!

I didn’t have the best place for the repair to be done, but my repairman was very flexible and made it work. He did a great job and was very efficient. Also, I dealt with 2 different customer service people and they were both delightful.

Service technician came to my appointment even though I didn’t hear my phone ring which was the shop confirming appointment and that tech was on his way. Tech was nice enough to still come. I’m very grateful.
You should have not canceled at the very last minute and should have known that the glass was not in when I made the appointment.

My wife was there for the appointment said that the technician was professional well trained and very polite upon my inspection I just did not like the fit of the molding around the windshield or in the cowl area.
