Great experience with getting my windshield replaced. The technician, I believe his name was Josh, was very professional and efficient. Started his work right on time and did a great job. I’m very satisfied.

The people I spoke to on the phone and the technician making repairs were all professional, friendly and efficient.
The only issue I had was with the automated email communications. I was sent 2 emails (promptly after requested) that were supposed to contain specific information about my repair (a quote, an appointment confirmation and a paid invoice) but each time they were blank and were missing the attachments. When I called Alyssa about these 2 emails, she was able to quickly provide the full information via an email she sent manually.
The technician who worked on my car tore the rear window wiper arm off. He then said that was due to rusty. I took pictures. No rust. A representative named Tim said it was your fault and that they’d replace and install free of charge. I then got a voicemail message from a rep named Corey telling me my part was ordered to the dealership for $26.67 and maybe they could put it back on. Complete 180 from Tim. I called and spoke to Julio who said he’d have Corey get back to me. He didn’t. Next day I called and spoke to Corey who said someone would be following up in the next 24-48 hours. How’s that sound?

The work was great.
I had to call cause no one followed up on the email quote. Then when I went to the office they couldn’t find my appointment- until they figured put it was for a windshield- like I was supposed to tell them? It was awkward. And the car was there 6 hours not 2. Doesn’t seem like the glass repair is weell integrated into body business.

Left drivers side floor mat a mess, took two hours longer to fix window than promised, wouldn’t of waited if it was going to be that long. Did other things instead of picking up parts as he told me he was going to do.
