It was done very quickly when I needed. My appointment was scheduled within 3-4 hours I called and my window glass was replaced in an hour and half. Thank you ABRA for the being super fast what exactly I needed. Price was fair. I recommend to everyone.

Jason did an excellent job replacing my damaged windshield. It looks like the original factory install! Everything neat and clean (and no adhesive squeezing out anywhere - very bad experience years ago with repair done by another company.) On time and comfortable waiting area, too. Trying to schedule an appointment around my work schedule was less than satisfactory. I had issues ranging from technicians not calling me when he cancelled the appointment to operators telling me they would have to ask if they could schedule an appointment at a shop they already do work at. Once i actually got a technician at the shop to do the work, there were no issues. The actual replacing of the windshield was a job well done, however trying to get an appointment should not have taken 4-5 weeks as a result of technicians dropping the ball.
