Rainy weather the day my windshield was replaced. Service tech had me come into the shop so he could work on it indoors. He then drove me back home and picked me up when he was done with repair. Couldn't ask for more.

I was amazed at how quickly the work was completed on my car. He provided a full explanation for what he was going to do and had me check everything to make sure it worked properly. If I ever needed this work again, I wouldn't hesitate to go to ABRA.

It took 7 days from the date of claim submission until the glass was replaced and then we must still take to the dealer to get a part. It would have been better to have taken it to the dealer in the first place
