The glass installation went perfect. Very professional. The appointment setup information was entered totally wrong on the previous day, including the exact wrong contact phone number which delayed the installation person.

The job was NOT completed. The rear window glass is installed - however the technician had a problem with the rear wiper assembly - he could not remove a retaining nut. He told me I had to finish the job - removal of the nut, install and align the wiper motor plus plastic trim. Where do I go for this and who will play for the work? A special note: I suggest when you send a technician, pleas provide the correct tools - not just a vice grip & a silicon lubricant.

I was happy with ABRA, but I sent a reply to an earlier email and got no response, so I thought I might if I reply here. No problems really. I assume I can take the tape off the window. I am not sure how to put the rearview mirror back on but can stop at the Ford dealer. I was told my WI park sticker would be able to be replaced, but I the only sticker I have is for the oil change and nothing about the Park sticker. Thank you for any help. Lynn Horne.
