Ryan was great. Professional. Did really good work and had my car done within the timeframe I was told it would take including cleaning my mirrors and making sure there was zero tape residue from my tape job before I left which I did not expect.

I had significant issues with my glass work being completed in a timely fashion - I arrived for my scheduled appointment five days following my rear window being smashed out with a huge rock (which was at a facility an hour from my house, even though there are locations significantly closer to me) and wasted a day to find out that the wrong part had been ordered and I would have to wait another five days for a new part to be shipped. I had to reach the regional manager, who then contacted the glass area and gave me her personal cell number, in order to be treated like my time had any value at all. Scott, the glass tech, was awesome, respectful of my time and did everything he could to make my experience a positive one, but the administrative side of the glass/collision relationship is disastrously bad. I'm inclined to ask my insurance agent for a different service if I ever need glass work done in the future.

An agent explained that i will get pilkington windshield for replacement, today I found out after the glass was replaced that it is not Pilkington but a brand named Trival. The reason I decided to replace my windshield with ABRA was because I know that I will get a Pilkington glass , if the plan changed you should have explained first. I am trying to find information regarding TriVal, the windshield that I got. Is it Pilkington’s brand? The payment process for insurance deductible took too long because the agent at shop need to call glass division and inform my credit card details verbally. The agent apologized for taking a long time, I don’t think it’s his/ her fault you should have a system to settle the payment at your shop. I also was not comfortable having my card information relayed verbally like that instead of swiping or inserting into reader machine.

In all honesty I do not understand why the mfg decal is placed on driver’s side. Although placement is towards bottom, it is centered in line of view. A bit distracting. I’ will probably get used to that But curious who decided that placement?

I told the person who set up the appt a few times that the day of appt I am only at work from 7 to 330pm. When I left work zero repair and no updates from your company. When u got home I had to call you so that your assigned technician doesn’t arrive at my work because I’m not there. Bottom line I had to then readjust my evening commitment to be at my home for tech. He was pleasant but said after he pressed on the suctions the crack started to spread. I just feel I completely wasted my time. I was gonna specific about everything and your people cannot make simple notes for your tech and further inconvenience me. This has been a very unpleasant experience for a simple stone crack. I honestly don’t think I would recommend you. My workplace was well aware that someone would be coming for repair but to not even show and to make matters worse not even call. That spoke volumes to my coworkers.
