Yes the installer was good but broke a piece off . Now I incure another 100 bill to have it fixed . Yes your company is paying for the install but I don't really think the customer (me) should be responsible to pay for the part your installer broke .

The after-market windshield that was the original replacement, that I was not happy with, was replaced with a Toyota-manufactured one. Happy that the insurance company approved this. Service on both occasions was prompt and good.
