We are VERY satisfied in the result and professional manner in which our window crack was handled through Abra. I highly commend Christine and her customer service procedures in setting up our claim and appointment for repair. I worked in customer service for over 20 years, and her mannerism is a shining example of how to treat customers. Great job! We are also very pleased with the final result of repairing the window. The technician advised that it may not be able to be fixed permanently since there were already "spider legs" from the crack. But, he pursued and did a very professional job--we can hardly see where the chip was. Thank you!

Fast service. He has worked on my vehicle before and replaced the front windshield and this time fixed a chip in the windshield. Called me when he arrived. Fast, friendly service. I would definitely use this service in the future.
