I was told that the windshield has a lifetime guarantee- I did not receive any such information in my paper work was very quickly told that all I need is my receipt. Is this correct? - Please respond.
I originally had a 3:30 appointment on Thursday for my Windshield and a dent in the hood of my car. Long story short, I had no appointment for Thursday and had to take off work to get everything figured out. I’m not mad at anyone. I just had terrible luck. I had information given to me that was incorrect. For example, when I was rescheduling my appointment last Thursday, the woman miscommunication and told me each spot of damage would be $250 each. By Friday, I made three claims. I had to call Rob Fleming to help get everything straightened out. I was told it would take five days, and it only took five hours. Which is fine, but, I had a rental car I was pay insurance on. I’m extremely fortunate the end result was amazing. The woman and men were constantly kind, even if it was a tough experience. It wasn’t anyone’s fault, it just seemed I had little information told incorrectly. I WILL still be recommending Abra. I understand my experience was just a once in a blue moon situation. I hope everyone has a nice day.
They could use a more private and nicer waiting area. You literally have to sit directly across from the receptionist and try not to distract each other.

I am very satisfied with our repair. However, the work was scheduled for the afternoon on yesterday. I received notice at 7:00 PM that the technician was coming today. An earlier notice would have been appreciated.
