The work was scheduled for Friday September 14th between 8:00am and 4:00pm at my place of work. I was told that after the tech got his schedule for the day I would get a call Friday morning with an approx ETA. Nobody called. I called at noon to see if it was ok for me to leave for an hour for lunch and I was told that the tech would arrive sometime in the afternoon before 4:00pm. At 4:00pm I called to say that I was leaving for the day and had not received a call. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule for Monday which I did. I was very happy with the tech on Monday but not impressed with the lack of communication on Friday.
On site repair, no additional charge, cheaper than competition, timely service, work ethic & communication of staff member all were key!
They came to my house and was able to fix my windshield in about an hour. . Very nice customer service on the phone and very nice in person. Great experience. Would totally recommend.
My glass expert, Derrick, was very professional, friendly and accommodating. I would recommend Abra to everyone. It was a great experience.

I picked Abra because State. Farm said they were part of their network. I wanted Honda Zimbrick to do it on Wednesday. They could do it. But State Farm said it would take longer because paper work for Honda. State Farm picked Abra & they could replace window on Wednesday. Great they were coming between 8am to 1pm. That way I didn’t have to cover window & worry about it be open. So Wednesday Abra called sorry their man couldn’t come he called in sick! Wasn’t there anyone else? No. I was very upset that’s why I chose them for next day service. They couldn’t come until Friday & they had to come to my work. So on Friday the man calls to say he hopes to be there 12 to 3pm. But he’s very busy because employee called in sick. I said I need this fixed today. He said he would try. He did come at 1:30 & called me he was coming. He was very nice & did a good job. I just didn’t like being put off for 2 days riding around town with a covered window & the car not secure. I should have used Honda & gotten it done on Wednesday. Thank You Judy Allen
Took much less time than initially told. They cleaned up and paying was quick. I will definitely recommend Abra glass to anyone in need and if the need arises myself, Abra will be my only call.
Scott did an awesome job. Can't even see the previous rock damage. It's amazing how he did the repair with perfection. Scott was also very knowledgeable and explained the procedure. He certainly is an asset to your company and should be commended.

Aside from me asking for the PM option but getting a call for an AM appt all worked out. The tech was flexible in handling my repair which I appreciated.
