Got appt the day after my call to schedule. Staff were very helpful, and price was reasonable. Only comments about improvement would be to not use a fragrance or air freshener on the car unless OKing it first (some of us are sensitive to chemical smells) and the waiting room was exceptionally cold (I wore my winter coat the entire 2 hrs!).
I appreciated getting an appointment on short notice and the way you worked with my insurance so that I didn't have to make separate phone calls to make my claim. Timely and so far, it seems the workmanship itself is good. Thank you!
The installer did a great job although he had the wrong piece of glass. He was able to find the correct piece and finish the installation in a timely manner.

I had to wait over 1/2 hour after they told me the vehicle was completed, and to come pick it up. Abra had a snafu with the insurance paperwork, and made me call to clear it up. Very unprofessional. This should have been handled before I was called to pick up the vehicle.
Everything went great. No surprises. Very satisfied. A tv in the waiting room would have been mice. Great hot chocolate!

I had a 10:00 appointment. I was told at 10:15 that the repair man was behind on the west side and would be arriving no later than 11:00. I waited and finally left with the job completed satisfactorily done at 11:25. With texting capabilities, it would have been nice to know ahead of time that he was running late. I really had to hustle from my previous errands to get there on time, only to wait an extra hour. Frustrating!!

There are tiny pieces of glass on the floor and down the heating vent. I don’t have a vacuum attachment that’s small enough to get it. If you do, can I stop by and ask you to get it?
