Was surprised about the price. The verbal quote was much more than the actual. Probably wouldn't have used insurance and just paid it but it was too late to cancel. Oh well. I am very satisfied yet again with your customer service and quality repair. Will use your services again if needed and will tell all my friends as well. Thank you.

I dropped my vehicle off at 9:00 am and told it would be done around 11:00am. By 2:00 pm, I had not heard anything about whether it was done or not. I called the location directly and was told I had to talk to the technician directly as no one else could talk to me. Then was told the technician was at lunch and that I’d have to just wait for someone to call me back. At 3:15 pm I received a voicemail from the National service team that told me to call them but did not say why. I called back and there person who answered couldn’t tell me what the call was about because there were no notes on my account. I had to wait on hold until the person who left me the message was available. I was finally told that the replacement windshield had arrived damaged and it would be another 2 plus hours before my vehicle would be ready. I asked them not to complete the replacement that day as I wasn’t able to wait another 2 plus hours for my vehicle. We then rescheduled the appointment for the following day. The replacement was completed the following day.

unfortunately, i have found that there are still pieces of glass in the crevice between the seat cushion and seat back and under the seat on the floor of the truck. the hassle associated with bringing it back to you is too great, so i'll be cleaning it up myself.

Delay in fixing since they ordered wrong windshield. .. next day they called wondering when I am dropping off my car? Dropped off 2 days ago. Said they couldn't find keys or car.... later called that they found the keys and car. They has me worried.. after. All done. Good job
