The actual work to replace the windshield was good however, I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time because the technician was late. My total wait time was 2 hours and 20 minutes. I expected the appointment would take 2 hours, so that wasn’t really a problem. But it was an uncomfortable wait because the only place to wait is in an unheated area by the exterior door. The chairs are right in line with the door in a small space. With people coming in and out on a cold wintry day, the wait felt longer because I was so cold, even with my coat on.
