Although our windshield replacement was delayed by a day because the technician brought the wrong glass the first time, when he arrived with the right glass, he was efficient, skilled, and polite. We were well satisfied with his work.

Prompt and courteous. Called to let us know the time frame. The scheduler was good. Gave me the exact price. Very honest especially compared to Safelite. And far less expensive. Appreciate the text and emails also.

There is a lot of glass remnants in my car. I have a young child and it is extremely dangerous. I was even cut by glass myself trying to clean up some of the glass. I was informed my car would be clean of glass remnants as a complimentary service. Also, the windshield has bubbles and folds between the car and the windshield at the top of the windshield. It is clear to the eye my windshield has been replaced.

There is a disconnect with the call center and the field technicians/offices that needs to be addressed. Call center doesn't seem to know what is going on or have the proper information on products available.

Will NEVER use Abra again!!! Scott installed a new $330.00 windshield on our Sonic. He removed or broke the plastic trim around the window and told me Abra doesn't put trim around the window. He said "it's the modern look"!! My husband took it to the dealership this morning and they couldn't believe it because there is a gapping space around the whole windshield. Is this what service your company provides? Your service guy's lie to a woman customer?? I specifically asked him because it looked like crap.. I waited 3 hrs for Scott, it took him 20 min..now I know why!! Jerry can be reached at ****-****-xxxx.

Great customer service and repair service! Scheduling was a breeze! Called on Thursday late afternoon, and my repair was scheduled for the next morning. My repair man was scheduled to arrive between 8-1pm and showed up promptly at 8am. I loved that he came right to our house! Very convenient and so much easier with my work/family schedule! I will definitely use Abra again!
