After ABRA broke a piece in my door while replacing my window, I was inconvenienced for a second time to bring my car back to have the broken piece installed (both incidents are vandalism) and at the same appointment ABRA was scheduled to perform some dent repairs. Unbeknownst to me (after 3 visits with ABRA and photos taken by the estimator) when my car was dropped off. I stated I’d be back by 5 to pick it up. After I made the call to find out the status of my vehicle I was informed the dents would take 3+ days to fix. That’s the first I’ve heard of such a timeframe. I’ll be taking my body work to another shop. And my window is NOT working as it should. I’m beyond disappointed and frustrated. I could go on and on with my experience but I’ll leave it at that.
Excellent work done! Joe was great-- arrived early in my 4 hour expected time schedule. No squeaks at all from my new windshield-- and it looks beautiful!
Joe called to say he could come earlier. He completed the job in just under an hour and everything looked and worked good as new. Great job!~

Won’t know until it rains or drive the vehicle as we haven’t as of now 24 hours after it was fixed but one thing I would suggest is don’t text people at 7 o’clock in the morning on a Sunday with this survey !
The repair was done well and timely. Repair person was on time and courteous.
TheAbra staff are courteous, friendly and professional! BUT after the windshield was beautifully replaced ,,,when I got into my vehicle there were glass fragments left behind. Glass fragments on the seats as well as the dash and elsewhere. I would recommend a portable vacuum needed so the technician can vacuum glass remains from the customers vehicle. Otherwise, job well done!!!
