I was a little upset that the lady who originally scheduled our appointment told me they could do mobile repair without a garage and then the day of we had to reschedule because they couldn't. Jeff did an amazing job of helping us get our car in yo be fixed as soon as possible and Scott did an awesome job getting it fixed right away. We were told we'd be seen between 8 - 1 and get a call the morning of to narrow the window. No call ever came and we had to call multiple times (and sit on hold) to find out they were going to get to our house between 1-3, which didn't work for us (two working adults and three young kids that have to be picked up from childcare/school by 3 at different places). I was told I'd get a call when it was finished....no call, just an email (which I didn't notice in time to work into our schedule as originally planned). SOOOOO Frustrating!
You guys did a great job making a bad experience "go away". My car was broken into, your team drove to my home and had it replaced within hours. Extremely professional, convenient and affordable! Thank You! The West Allis officer who took the report recommended Abra, im glad she did!
