Quick, easy, very satisfied.
First appointment was canceled when windshield did not arrive, despite a 2 week advance notice for the appointment. Was not happy about that. Rescheduled appointment came off without a hitch, and the technician who did the install did a great job.
The repair process was a nightmare

The technician was late but otherwise very good service
The first scheduled apppintment was canceled the day of the appointment. A week and a half later another appointment was made. This appointment was scheduled for 8 am so I could go to work. This was moved by you to 10:30 with no excuse given and no one telling me it had moved. I have talked with Sonja the scheduling person and the installation person, at no time did anyone seem to care. I have taken the matter up with my StateFarm agent. He has already filed a formal complaint.
Only comment is that in PA - you will need to go back to state authorized inspection station to have stickers reissued for your new windshield . I had asked prior to having glass put in and was told the installer could put them back on . Other than that - installation was smooth - Matt the installer did a great job. Car was as clean as before / thanks Matt .

The windshield now squeaks and rattles and needs repair.
The service was excellent. He arrived at the scheduled time and was very patient with my husband who stayed outside and chatted with him the whole time???? The window looks great. I would reccomend Abra to anyone. Thank yiou????

The local folks in Evesham, NJ were great! Thank you both for coming out and completing the repair and double checking my wipers. My only feedback is for the folks at the call center (I don't think these were local folks but a call center or answering service). I had a really difficult time understand the first guy and he said he was really sick and was losing his voice. I felt bad but maybe take the poor guy off phones? The second call center person I spoke to was reading a script like a robot with one tone of voice lol it was pretty bad. But again, the actual repair was great, they called on the way and double checked to make sure I was happy. Thanks all!
The tech was amazing. He was punctual, professional friendly. He did a great job with the windshield. Put everything in its place, ex pass stickers, etc. He was quick but accurate. A great employee. Give him a raise.
