Today’s team was great. Everything else was completely unprofessional. The schedulers got my phone number wrong three different times, and failed to call me back when they promised. the first tech lied to me about what could and could not be patched, and the shop failed to send the right parts with the techs today. I am glad today’s tech was skilled enough to improvise and make the repair, but I would not recommend Abra to anybody in the future.
