My appointment was for 9am, so I arrived at the location about 8:40am-8:45am. When I called ABRA's information line, I was informed that the Technician was there already. I was satisfied with the punctuality and the service. I would recommend ABRA services in the future.

The technician showed up late and had some type of attitude as if he was doing me a favor. I paid for this service and if he is your best service rep., not good.
