I would like to thank you for sending Mr Red out! He was beyoud exceptional! Red was more than knowledgeable of the product. He explained the replacement process, he called prior to coming out and was ever so polight unpon arrival. Red also took the time to clean the area where he worked inside my car. He cleaned the windows and brushed away all of the broken glass. I can't thank ABRA enough! I am more than pleased with the service that was provided today. Jacqueline T

I had to supply the technician with an electrical outlet and an extension cord. I was not told I would need to do this when I made the appointment. Luckily, I had the repair done at home instead of at my work (like I had considered). Also, he was a little unprofessional. He had dip in his mouth and cursed once. These things did not keep me from being overall satisfied, but they kept me from being completely satisfied.
